Explore the official Dance Competition categories. Each division highlights creativity, precision, musicality, and unmatched energy.
Coach‑led 2‑minute routine judged on creativity, synchronization, and crowd engagement.
A 2–3 minute solo judged on technique, musicality, stage presence, and creativity.
4‑minute routine with up to four dancers on the floor at once. High energy & rotation‑friendly.
90‑second rounds with DJ‑selected music. Judged on execution, confidence, and creativity.
Clean, radio‑edited music only. Teams provide music for all categories except Stand Battle.
Family‑friendly performances, sportsmanlike conduct, and prompt staging required. Judges’ decisions are final.
